A simple web listener that logs complete HTTP requests for inspection.
Once deployed, follow the Heroku app logs using the CLI to inspect incoming requests:
heroku logs --tail --app $APP_NAME
The app will simply log the request for any path!
/inspeq-chunked-response
is a special path that will respond with a chunked response that sends a chunk per second, making it easy to observe if a particular web browser or client streams responses from an HTTP server.
Clone this repo, then inside of it:
npm install
PORT=3333 RESPONSE_STATUS=204 npm start
Then, watch the output to inspect incoming requests:
> [email protected] start /Users/mars.hall/Projects/reqinspeq
> node server.js
