Build Prerequisites

• .NET Core SDK 2.1.300-rc1 or later

Working IDEs (optional)

• Cross Platform: Jetbrains Rider (Build 2018.1 EAP 181.4379.538) EAP or later
• Windows: Visual Studio version 15.7 Preview 2 or later
• macOS: Visual Studio 2017 for Mac version 7.5 Preview 1 (7.5.0.933) or later
