Separate voice from realtime

Refactors the codebase to properly distinguish between voice and realtime functionalities:

• Created a new MastraRealtime abstract class to manage realtime connections
• Added DefaultRealtime implementation for backward compatibility
• Updated Agent class to support realtime providers with:
  • connect() for establishing connections
  • addTools() for equipping with tools
  • addInstructions() for customizing behavior
• Created a dedicated realtime/openai package with OpenAIRealtime implementation
• Added tests to ensure realtime functionality works correctly
• Deprecated realtime property in CompositeVoice (use mastra.realtime instead)
• Updated workspace config to include the new realtime packages

This separation clarifies the distinction between voice capabilities (TTS/STT)
and realtime interaction (persistent connections, streaming).
