feat: tab notification badges

Added an option to display notification badges on the tab favicon, with values extracted from tab titles using a customizable regular expression defined in the settings.

• Default State: The feature is disabled by default.

• Display Options:

  • Choose to display badges on all tabs, only pinned tabs, only normal tabs, or no tabs.
  • Badges can be displayed as a badge containing the notification count or a simple dot.

• Custom Regular Expression:

  • Users can customize the regular expression to match values in tab titles.
  • The provided regular expression will be validated before saving. If invalid, the input field will visually indicate the error with a shake effect on blur.

• Additional Information:

  • CSS variables have been added for further customization options.
  • Please note that translations other than English are machine-generated and have not been verified for accuracy.
  • I have tested the functionality to ensure that badges display correctly upon loading, title changes, and settings adjustments.
