According to src/uldaq.h and src/utility/EuScale.cpp, UNIPT01VOLTS means “0 to +.01 Volts”. Fix ConvertRangeToMinMax() accordingly.

The
enumvalueUNIPT01VOLTSmeans “unipolar, .01 volts”. However,ConvertRangeToMinMax()incorrectly translates it to the range 0 – .1 V.
