Streamline

Due to where the snap settings are now saved, the file "addon/config.cfg" is no longer need and maybe be deleted, if haven't done so.

v2.3.0: Added FUNDING.yml

Also, removed Contribution on README.md as it's already covered on the
right sidebar.
