fix(dashboard): fix toggeable number cell set value

Fix the toggeable number cell set value, so that shortcuts work.

Shortcuts don't work, since each individual set value was incorrectly set as the whole form's values, instead of the one corresponding to the cell.

Corrected the spread operator to target the correct variable.

Validated shortcuts worked locally after the change.
