Add App Intents Save Channel Settings and Message node

What changed?

Added the intents "Send a Direct Message" and "Save Channel Settings". These will allow users to automatically send dms and change their channel settings (using a channel link).

Why did it change?

Improved intents.

How is this tested?

Tested on my iPhone connected to node.
