This allows linking to the database from the Croatian PRO HDS-ZAMP. They have /autor links, for both authors and publishers, and /djelo links, for works.

Implement MBS-14106
Description
This allows linking to the database from the Croatian PRO HDS-ZAMP. They have
/autorlinks, for both authors and publishers, and/djelolinks, for works.Testing
Manually, to make sure the favicons and autoselect worked locally. Also added three tests to the test file.
Further action
When merging, we should transclude the whitelist changes on the wiki.
