CNI_NAME env variable was added in #1553
This same variable is used in project-infra, cicd and cluster-api-provider-metal3 repos. I had to change CNI_NAME to CNI_PROVIDER in CAPM3 after this change had already merged here in dev-env. This just a fix to change the name of the variable to match the other projects.
