    kernel tree already has CFI commits same as:
[CFI commit in Mido](ping2109/kernel_xiaomi_mido@00a195e)
[Google's CFI for Clang commit](https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/msm/+/4ca69fba291799969e4330178379e2ce97ba84dc%5E%21/)
hence added CFI flags in default disabled mode
