DemoCamera, NotificationTester, SequenceTester, Utilities.
This uses a new convention for device adapter binary filenames:
XYZ.mmdevinstead of[lib]mmgr_dal_XYZ{.dll,.so.0,}.(We can teach MMCore to accept both conventions by default.)
