The MinGW header set is a odd mixture of WINE headers, but it does work for Direct3D 11. It just doesn't work for Direct3D 12 so it needs to use directx-headers in that case. It does not need to use it for DX11 only.

Added more ADO coverage for new CMake build options as well.
