The Readme.md file has the following blurb about copyright stamps. Seems we need to add this back in.
Update Copyright Stamps
Ensure that any new files have the Microsoft copyright and MIT license notice at the top. Run
VerifyCopyrightHeaders.cmd -fix before committing.

Add AI (and Foundation and IXP) projection headers
Question: Should 1.8.3 update headers be checked into 1.8-stable or a new 1.8.3 branch? Servicing should not break clients, but branch isolation would guarantee it (not to mention avoiding surprises like the extra payload here).
