Optimized docker installation script

• Added Prerequisites check for CLI tools. i.e. sudo / compgen / mkdir, etc.
• Allowed all ENVs starting from MW_ to be automatically added in MW Agent docker container (This way we will not have to always update the script whenever a new ENV is introduced)
• shellcheck changes are done (To make script in a standard format so that it executes well in all linux distros )

ENG-2983 ECS on EC2 disable all logging

Revenium does not want logs, and are not sending them to us by choice. Turning on the java apm auto collects logs. There's no easy way to disable these hosts in the UI because there are hundreds and they change frequently.

Ask here is to build a simple solution for Revenium even if it is not scalable for all customers. cc eduardo
