Toggle maintenance mode and customize the maintenance screen.

== Description ==

WP Site Maintenance is a WordPress plugin that enables you to toggle maintenance mode and customize the maintenance screen. Administrators retain full access to the site during maintenance.

Usage:
- To activate maintenance mode, just set `WPSITEMAINT_IN_MAINTENANCE` to true in your wp-config.php file.
- To customize the maintenance screen, simply add `wp-config/maintenance.php`.
