v1.27 - improved tooling window

• Delete invalid symblinks with access issues (e.g. unsub mod at steam).
• removed random comments.
• improved logging on thread.
• added the logging on main thread again, as it raises other exceptions need to improve logging feature with a proper component.
• added new context actions: Remove symblink, Add Symblink.
• added an icon for symblinked folder.
• refactored some points creating symblink.
• removed symblink color. (and it fixes the highlight on search as well.)
