GSLB DNS server

features:

  - authoritative only
  - global server load balancing (aka. geo load balancing)
  - monitoring + failover for load balancing
  - edns client subnet support
  - supports only A,AAAA,CNAME,MX,NS,TXT,SOA,PTR records
  - high performance (a 1U sun can do > 100k reqs/sec)
