We don't want to backport this to Sumac. That's going to be too disruptive to the open edX community. Do we need to backport this to our systems? I think we're okay with the flag for now. However, you could remove it from mitxonline at this time. |

This PR removes the deprecated ENABLE_BLAKE2B_HASHING feature flag from edX instances of all MIT apps. More details in the ticket
