scijava and dependecy updates

v1.46.2 might cause some errors with recent Fiji (java-8 javax.net.SSLException error).
This update may solve such errors.

Automatically delete files generated in the temporary directory (IJ.getDirectory("temp")).

issue #4 fix

out-of-array-bound error for affine transformation fixed.
