Upgrade from pyMSDTorch to DLSIA

Feature Upgrade

1. Change as a reflection of the recent upgrade of dlsia image.
2. In order to run, pull request of the model image needs to be handled first.
3. Modified parameter boxes regarding each new model.

Note

1. The loss plot of PyMSDTorch is no longer available.
2. The performance of MSDNet is quite off the expectation, reason unknown. May related to the low number of parameters to be trained with.
