This PR is for LSE offline mode:

  • Utilized the Data Clinic script to register algorithms in MLflow.
  • Updated the application to load algorithm details directly from MLflow, replacing the use of default_models.json.
  • Removed environment details from job_params.
  • Companion PRs: Data Clinic #17 and Prefect Worker #26.
