What are the main changes you did

• add reflink to Resources.contact point
• keep Resources.contact email for now, but remove later, after data has been moved
• change Resources.persons involved from refback to ref_array
• add semantics
• add Resources.access rights
• edits to profiles
• Resources.theme (http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/data-theme) default set to 'HEAL'
• add uri's for ontologies: release types - dcterms: accrualPeriodicity
• change table name Agent to Agents
• change table name Contacts to Contributors
• make Contributors and Organisations tables extend Agents table
