  • CHV 72 Mayo Consumer Health Vocabulary (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3587774/). Issue -- difficult to find/download. Not sure if this is FAIR?
  • LNC 67 -- LOINC (YES)
  • SNOMEDCT_US 64 -- (NO, not FAIR)
  • NCI 48 -- National cancer institute thesaurus (YES)
  • NDFRT 42 -- National Drug File - Reference Terminology (NDF-RT) (Need to decide on pharam ontology)
  • MSH 40 -- MeSH -- YES if nothing else available
  • MTH 39 -- is this the UMLS Metathesaurus ?? if so NO (not FAIR enough)
  • RCD 33 -- Read Codes are a standard terminology for describing the care and treatment of patients. Looksinteresting, unclear how to download? For now MAYBE if nothing else available.
  • CSP 32 -- Computer Retrieval of Information on Scientific Projects Thesaurus. MIGHT BE USEFUL.
