Fixes inheritance incompatibilities, parent constructor call and replaces the breaking `$this->_configProvider->getApiUrl('orders');` by `$this->monduUrlBuilder->getOrdersUrl()` because `_configProvider` does not exist.

I have applied this patch to make sure that
setup:di:compiledoesn't break and the checkout actually works.
