I thought it was supposed to be "MOQ Streaming Format", not "MOQT Streaming Format".

I thought it was supposed to be "MOQ Streaming Format", not "MOQT Streaming Format".

See this #69 (comment). There were two top selections - MOQ Streaming Format and MOQT Media Streaming. The MOQT is actually more accurate, as we are building on top of MOQT and not MOQ. So I merged that attribute of the second popular choice into the first-popular choice, hoping for general happiness. If there is an objection, we can go to a run-off poll?

In #69 , I said saying "MOQ" is easier than "MOQT" and "MSF" should rather stand for "MOQ Streaming Format." But @wilaw has a valid point. Can we agree on this and move forward?
