Exact version of dependencies

Dear authors,
We are very much looking forward to use your package for our project! Yet since python and most other packages, which are need for installation of PhyloWGS, are now used in much later versions, it would be very helpful, if you could provide a list of all dependencies with their exact version that you recommend for PhyloWGS. This would help us a lot during the installation process!:-)
