Dev build
1) Run motech-mforms MIDlet via
    mvn test -P emulator
2) To run jbehave stories with htmlunit
    mvn verify -Dbrowser=htmlunit

3) To jun app
    mvn jetty:run           => app runs at http://localhost:8080/GHANA-National
                               app is run directly from the code(webapp) folder

    mvn cargo:run           => app runs at localhost:8080/GHANA-National-1.0-SNAPSHOT
                                app runs via a war deploy to local jetty
4) to deploy to an env
    mvn cargo:deploy -P deploy -Dcargo.hostname=somehost -Dcargo.remote.username=someuser -Dcargo.remote.password=somepassword
