This PR aims to fix the docker build.
Currently, the command
RUN vcs import src < src/moveit2_tutorials/.github/upstream.reposprovided in Dockerfile fails as the .github folder is not copied over whenCOPY . src/moveit2_tutorialsis run.To fix this issue,
