Contains a (re-)implementation of the restart-method for computing conditional probabilities for MDPs.
Also introduces algorithms
bisection,bisection-advancedandpias alternatives for the default restart algorithms. These alternatives work well when the model is acyclic.Fixes #509 and #734 .
