I’m building HRSoft, a Laravel-based HR management system that integrates features like employee management, payroll, attendance, shift management, and much more. The system includes roles and permissions, where I have implemented detailed access control using the Spatie Permissions package. The core modules include:

• Employee Management: Add, edit, and view employee details.
• Salary Management: Add and edit salary components, manage salary cards.
• Leave & Attendance: Track employee leave applications and attendance requests.
• Shift Management: Create and assign shifts to employees.
• Payslips: Generate and export payslips in PDF and Excel formats.

For ease of access and sharing, every module in the HRSoft system includes the ability to Export to PDF and Export to Excel, allowing you to download and store data in the most convenient format. Modules that support export include:

• Payslips: Export payslips in PDF and Excel formats for employees.
• Employees: Export employee records in both PDF and Excel for easy sharing and reporting.
• Attendance: Export attendance records to PDF and Excel for reporting purposes.
• Leave Management: Export leave applications and data in PDF and Excel formats for tracking and audit purposes.

• Holiday Management:
  HRSoft allows you to manage holidays effectively. You can:

  • Add, edit, and view holidays.

• Leave Management:
  Employees can submit leave applications, and HR managers can:

  • Approve or reject leave requests.
  • Export leave data for individual or company-wide tracking.
  • Employees and HR staff can both export leave records to PDF and Excel.

• SMS to Employees:
  HRSoft integrates with SMS gateways to allow HR to send SMS notifications to employees for:

  • Attendance updates.
  • Leave approvals or rejections.
  • Payslip notifications.
  • Holiday announcements. This ensures that employees receive instant notifications about important updates.

• Mail to Employees:
  HRSoft also integrates email functionality, allowing HR managers to send important notifications via email, such as:

  • Payslip emails.
  • Holiday announcements.
  • Leave status notifications. This helps ensure communication with employees is streamlined and timely.
