Dorado and IBM Power 9 AC922

Hello,
my Instiute just dismissed the cluster we used for GPU jobs, based on x86_64 architecture (Intel Xeon CPU E5-2630 v3), and replaced it with an IBM Power 9 AC922 based machine.
So using the binary from linux-x64 version of dorado produce the following error message:
cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

Is it possible to overcome this issue? Could be this page of help? https://github.com/nanoporetech/dorado/blob/release-v0.8/DEV.md

Hello, unfortunately there is no simple solution here, Dorado is not compiled for Power as we get very few requests for it. There are emulation tools like Qemu you may try but they may involve a performance impact.

Hello again,

Our ICT team has been trying to compile Dorado for Power but has encountered an initial error message:
'Failed to download libkoi-0.5.2-Linux-ppc64le-cuda-12.0: "HTTP response".

Could these instructions solve the problem?

Or can you tell me how to get this and the other packages that might help with compiling for Power?
