input reads for dorado polish Q

HI I want to polish an assembly I made with hifiasm --ont using ONT reads filtered to Q10 and Length 500. Should I polish with the same identical filtered read set or do you recommend using all the reads?

One more question for you. Is the polisher designed to work on draft contigs or is it better to provide an assembly that has been decontaminated, purged of haplotigs, and scaffolded? I presume if I was to do the latter I would also need to provide alt contigs?Cheers!
