I haven't seen this being mentioned specifically, so I was wondering if there are any plans to officially distribute Dorado through Bioconda or at the very least as conda package and docker container?
I am happy to just download the binaries, but it makes integrating Dorado into complex (portable) workflows a little clunky to be honest.
which seems to suggest that there is still some work needed to get Dorado to function "properly" in a container setting?
The reason I am asking is that I could well do that myself (dockerize), but
a) I am not familiar with the license used; it does sound like hosting a docker container would be allowed, but...
b) others would probably benefit from an officially hosted/distributed version
Cheers,
Marc

Looking through the issues, I found #1171
