Hi I have been trying to connect the MinION Mk1B to a Windows Desktop running
MinKNOW 24.02.6 on Windows 11. However it seems the instrument is not recognised by the machine.
On MinKNOW Hardware check: Unable to find a hardware check script to start.
On Windows Device Manager: In Other devices there is an entry "WestBridge" with "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device."
Here is the device log:
Device USB\VID_2A1D&PID_0000\0000000004BE was configured.

The Mk1B otherwise works in Mac or another Windows machine. Any idea how I could look into or solve this issue? Thanks!
