When I was importing the pod5 package into Python to process the pod5 file, I encountered an error that had never appeared before:
Failed to remove temporary migration directory: IOError: Cannot delete directory entry '.tmp_pod5_v3_v4_migration_278075279'. Detail: [errno 39] Directory not empty
My Pod5 package version is:
lib_pod5 0.3.34
pod5 0.3.34

Can you confirm if you are running the commands in a working directory that is nfs mounted?

@0x55555555 Certainly, I can confirm that I am running these commands in a working directory mounted via NFS.

Can you test running the command in an non-nfs working directory, and can you also confirm the version of pod5 you are running is definitely 0.3.34?

Hi I have the same issue on my nfs working directory with pod5 0.3.34 and lib_pod5 0.3.34.
