This weekend, I struggled to find a list of steering council members. Juan let me know that the asterisk and caret indicated them. This PR makes the lists explicit; yet still leaves the indicators.

Thanks @willingc! Why did you put them at the bottom of the page? I think they fit better immediately after "Emeritus Core Developers", and we can remove the asterisks? |
