  • Use built-in TypeScript support instead of @oxc-node/core/register
  • Use built-in test runner instead of ava
  • Update Node.js versions in CI to v24 and v22 (which support TypeScript natively)

Note

Tests against arm7 with Node v24 have to be excluded as support for this platform has been downgraded to experimental: nodejs/node#58071
