Ignored deprecation warnings for some progpy model and estimator code, so that end users won't see them.

Hopefully this will still crash hard when the API changes are made, so progpy developers will still be able to track and replace that code when needed.

I tried to be minimal about when / where I ignored the warnings.

These changes are good. They clean up the warnings being produced so the important ones can come through.

I pushed a commit with a few changes:

  1. inside containers I use ._matrix instead of .matrix with catching warnings
  2. I dropped a few lines from the catch error block in ukf.

Could you take a look at my commit?
