This release is our first attempt to add support for multiple inverter manager versions. If you have been unable to use FoxESS - Modbus because your inverter manager version is too old or too new for this integration to support, please try this beta version and let us know how you get on.

If your inverter is not running the latest manager version, you may need to select your manager version in the integration settings. See the wiki for details.
