Difficult to change API key

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the operator helm chart with an API key
2. Create a new API key / delete the old one in the Netbird dashboard
3. Change the secret to include the new key
4. Observe that the netbird router pods do not notice this update, even after a restart

Since API keys always have expiry dates, it's important to be able to update them quickly and easily.

The router pods do not use the API key, they use a Setup Key that is managed by the operator, if the Setup Key is deleted or invalidated the operator will generate a new one and update the router deployment
