Follow-up for issue #1209
Note this PR just helps generate the
_preinstallimagefile; I am still investigating how to get it seen by PR builds. Trivial image (requiringbash) works and is beneficial already (bringing a 220s build down to 180s), so maybe we just put a bit too much into this one tailored to NUT?..Also brings in a small fix for NDE script (more portable
seda-la #3099).
