XMas

This repository contains files and data to reproduce aggregate results for our submission to the BMJ Christmas Issue

Specifically, group results and data for Figure 2AB and Figure 3B can be reproduced with the present code.

The Code was produced with Matlab Version 2020b on a Windows 10 Laptop. No further dependencies are required.

Note that no patient individual data is available in this repository, which are not allowed to be pubicly shared under EU GDPR law.

If you are interested to reproduce results from individual data, please reach out to [email protected].

A legal data sharing agreement will need to be put in place and approved by the relevant Data Privacy officers, before patient individual health data can be shared.
