Experiment planning tool for elastic neutron diffraction single-crystal experiments.

Create conda environment
`conda env create -f environment.yml`

Activate CrystalPlan envrionment
`conda activate CrystalPlan`

Install package
`python setup.py install`

Run the GUI
`python crystalplan.py`

Tested on RHEL9
