A full automated process seems not to be applicable for updating the cpu specific top files as discussed in: #101
However, in this PR a script and according documentation was added to:
The currently generated .csv file matches exactly the structure of the Green Algorithms Project. This can later on may be extended to add additional information such as the manufacturer or CPU Thread based TDP information as required in here: #100
