Description of the bug

One of the optional outputs (chr_statistics) looks for the pattern *_chr_statistics.txt, but the actual output from the program follows the pattern*_statistics.txt, hence it will never be captured, and it will be silent because said output is optional.

Discovered downstream in DIncalciLab/samurai#51.
