Arduino-based balance scale for weighing model aircraft. Relatively few components are required and should be easy to recreate even for electronics beginners. The most important functions:
- supports scales with 2 or 3 load cells
- supports ESP8266 (also Wifi Kit 8) and Arduino with ATmega328, ATmega32u4
- Automatic calibration based on a reference object, meaning no laborious determination of the calibration values
- Display via OLED display
- Battery voltage can be measured
- Settings are made through a menu via the serial interface
- With the ESP8266, the settings can also be easily made via the webpage
- Parameters are permanently saved in the EEprom and do not have to be re-parameterized after a software update
- Only a few components required, making it quick and easy to assemble
