feat: add ams-figure tokens

Met deze PR voegen we de volgende design tokens toe voor de Figure component van Amsterdam voor het Start-thema:

• ams.figure.gap
• ams.figure.caption.color
• ams.figure.caption.font-family
• ams.figure.caption.font-size
• ams.figure.caption.font-weight
• ams.figure.caption.line-height
• ams.figure.caption.inverse.color
