This is a minor release, which adapts to EIP-7702. op-node and op-batcher must be upgraded before the Pascal and Prague hard forks of BSC.
This release adds:
- Improves sequencer recovery functionality
- Introduces a new engine_opSealPayload API, and updates documentation links
