Description

Add Semtech lr11xx radio support in Sidewalk add-on.
Allow to easy build with both sx126 and lr11xx radios

To do:

• Builds
• Boot up
• Time sync/up-link/down-link LoRa
• Time sync/up-link/down-link FSK
